Job Description:
As a Reservations Assistant at Daffodil, you will be a key player in our reservations team, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for our guests. Your role will involve assisting with reservation management, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service to enhance our guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and processing reservations via phone, email and online booking systems.
Provide accurate information about our venue, services and availability to guests.
Support the Reservations Manager in maintaining the reservations system, ensuring all bookings are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
Respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in managing seating arrangements and guest preferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure special requests are met and guest experiences are seamless.
Contribute to the preparation of reservation reports and analysis.
Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.
