We are currently on the look out for a Goods Received Clerk in our unit at London Heathrow Airport, and as part of this role you will be responsible for the administration of all food delivery documentation for the DLC and ensure records are kept up to date at all times. What you’ll be doing:

Ensuring all deliveries are correctly recorded on SAP

Reporting any delivery issues that will impact on the business to the Shift Manager

Ensuring the Account Payable team have all the correct information
-
Meeting task time frames
-
All other Administrative duties and duties consistent with your status and abilities duties as and when required
What you’ll have:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good written and spoken English

Good attention to detail

Able to work on own initiative and be proactive

Able to work to solve problems and work to strict deadlines

Must have good IT skills – Microsoft office, SAP desirable

Experience within a fast moving and changing environment such as FMCG, manufacturing or logistics
