Sales Support Administrator
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £25,000
Benefits: Private health insurance, company pension and 22 days + stats annual leave
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
Contract: 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement
Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and providing essential sales support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client’s dynamic team as a Sales Support Administrator. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our client’s operations department to ensure customers receive exceptional service while also assisting the Business Development Manager with sales administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on quotations and input them into the system promptly.
• Ensure timely handling of all sample requests for trade enquiries.
• Liaise with customers to promptly resolve enquiries.
• Pack and dispatch samples following company SLAs.
• Assist the sales department with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet client needs and manage expectations on lead times.
Requirements:
• Previous administration experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within sales teams.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong numeracy skills.
• Clear and concise communication abilities.
• Self-starter, team player, and confident.
