Summary
Job Title: Estates Services Supervisor
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: 35,000 - 37,000 per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm
Location: Millwall, London

You will inspire, motivate and develop a confident, highly skilled team who are focused on keeping our grounds and communal spaces clean, safe and highly desirable. Ensure excellent customer service resolving queries at the first point of contact. Ensure you are the friendly face, welcoming voice and reliable person at every interaction.
About you
We are looking for someone who is highly proactive and confident. Someone who uses their initiative to continuously improve services. You will be a team player who is always around when needed and willing to support others during challenging times. A proactive problem solver who can identify issues quickly, calmly and is highly organised.
