Summary

We’ve an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workday Project Manager on a 9 month FTC. Reporting into the Head of People Systems, Change and Risk, you’ll work closely with the HR Operations teams and 3rd party implementers and be responsible for supporting the HR System change plan, setting clear deliverables and expectations for our customers and driving the delivery focus for our new and improved HR Systems.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:

Lead, manage and implement HRIS projects, engaging with other areas of the business and 3rd parties to ensure they are delivered within agreed time, cost, quality, and customer requirements using appropriate tools, techniques and methodologies
Manage the project budget appropriately, identify and address budget variances, and communicating budget status to stakeholders
Take responsibility for cost estimation, resource allocation, and work with the Program manager to suggest budget-related decisions throughout the project lifecycle
Effectively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions to enable the workstreams to deliver within agreed timeframes
Complete the required analysis activities to support the workstreams to agree priorities, including leading design and analysis, defining analysis approach, issue resolution and stakeholder management
Develop and recommend solutions and developments, ensuring proposals are in line with agreed design principles, strategic business plans, legislation and best practice
Support the teams with the tools and methodology to identify, understand, improve, and manage key processes and associated KPI’s to deliver a consistent, effective, and efficient Employee Experience
Build and manage reporting, monitoring, and tracking for the projects and identify key performance measures for activity, setting up dashboards for the proactive management of progress
Be the subject matter expert on the running of projects and programmes for the HR team
