Summary

Please note: this advert may close early should sufficient applications be received. Please note: this is a part-time post for 18 hours per week. The salary advertised will be pro rated. You will be used to working effectively as a healthcare professional, as part of a team and collaboratively with other social care contacts to deliver the best outcomes for clients. It's not just about those people who actively engage with our service though, you will also be reaching out to those in our communities to offer proactive support and education. We are looking to speak with Registered Nurses or Pharmacists, who have successfully completed the supplementary/independent prescriber course and hold an appropriate entry on the NMC register or GPhC register.
