Salary Range: £34,514 - £51,179 (TCT1 - TCT14)

Operating as a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people facing complex needs, we deliver crucial services to families and schools in Hounslow. We are actively seeking a SEN Teacher to collaborate with our client's welcoming and tight-knit team, providing support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We welcome both qualified teachers and individuals keen to embark on a two-year training program with us to attain qualifications. Qualified teachers will receive a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) with the expectation of contributing to the enhancement of mathematics education for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across our service.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to inspire and motivate our students towards meaningful achievements while demonstrating a steadfast commitment to elevating academic attainment and self-esteem among disengaged young people. Strong behavior management skills and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) are prerequisites, along with possessing current certifications or a readiness to undergo training in and implement physical interventions using Team Teach techniques.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
