Job Title: Registered Manager - Large Residential Service
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £70,000 per annum (with potential to earn up to £15,000 additional bonuses)

Are you an experienced care home manager with a proven track record of excellence? Do you have a passion for providing high-quality care to individuals with dementia, learning difficulties, and mental health conditions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Our client, a leading provider of residential care services in Nottingham, is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a large residential service catering to diverse needs. The home is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm, supportive environment, and currently holds a 'good' rating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the residential service, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care that meets the individual needs and preferences of residents.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to uphold regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaborative decision-making.
• Manage budgets effectively, maximizing resources to deliver high-quality care whilst achieving financial targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing larger care homes, ideally within the dementia care, learning difficulties, or mental health sector.
• Registered Manager's Award (Level 4) or equivalent qualification, with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents.
