Summary

Education Development Trust are seeking expressions of interest from professionals to work on projects based in the West Yorkshire area, experienced in Administration and Project Support.

We are seeking individuals across the following key skill/experience areas:

Tracking and analysing performance, highlighting data trends or potential issues.
Utilising CRM systems to check information and generate reports for the purposes of monitoring activity.
Organising meetings, diary management, taking minutes etc.
Assisting management to maintain and update contract-related documentation.
Manage version control of all documentation; arranging distribution to relevant parties to highlight changes and coordinate feedback.
Checking the accuracy of work generated by delivery staff, when needed, and with corrective actions.
Deliver Compliance training.
Identify risks and issues; updating and maintaining project logs and other documentation as required by Management.
Project manage and evaluate communications campaigns working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Mapping and analysing of quantitative and qualitative data, identifying gaps and working collaboratively to formulate ideas/solutions.
Expertise in the interpretation and application of compliance and quality regulations and frameworks.

All roles will be fixed term contracts spanning 12 months. Please note, we will be reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to close our vacancies early.
