Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all the Council tree stock and associated tasks providing a professional
arboricultural service. You will be fully qualified and hold a relevant Arboricultural Qualification - a full drivers licence is
essential.
You will be expected to manage your own budget along with the external new arboricutural contracts. Part of your role will include
statutory inspections of Council owned land, reporting on issues relating to trees and other maintenance care.
We require a self-motivated person with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their own work. You will
also have strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with a wide range of customers.
The position will comprise a hybrid style of working, with site visits and a mix of both home and office-based working.
