Summary
The Supply Service are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor on behalf of Secondary School based in Ruthin, Denbighshire.
Successful applicants will have the ability to motivate students, ensuring that lessons are delivered in a calm, focused and constructive atmosphere. Must be confident delivering prepared lessons, supervising whole classes of students whilst ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
As a Cover Supervisor you'll need to have:
Knowledge of many subjects within key stage 3 & 4
Skills in organising classrooms for maximum teaching possibility
Adapt to set work which has been provided to suit all abilities
Maintain discipline
Build rapport with pupils & staff
