Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join our successful Response Maintenance business. At Ian Williams, we specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishments of void properties for our client, with homes based throughout Liverpool and surrounding area.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter?


Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry, and demonstrable carpentry experience, and a basic working knowledge of additional trades.
Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in a professional environment, with the ability to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential to complete the Multi Trade Carpenter role, with a company van provided.
