We are looking for support workers to join our teams supporting people living in their own homes in Marcham.

You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They enjoy Cooking and eating out. Socialising and meeting up with friends and family is also important to them, as well as going out for day trips and getting involved in their community.

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

We have full time and part time opportunities; you must be able to work a variety of shifts across the week and some weekends as well as sleep in shifts as needed.

Please note this location can be difficult to get to if you are relying on public transport, so please check local transport timetables before applying.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
