Job Overview
This is the opportunity to create a career at Princebuild as we are now looking to recruit an Electrical Project Manager within our fast paced and friendly Princeenergy team at the Peterborough Branch of Princebuild.
An exciting and varied role, the suitable candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple commercial, retail and industrial electrical projects for values between £10,000 and £750,000.
An experienced, reliable, team player will be a welcome addition to our already brilliant team!
Applicant Requirements
• NVQ City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Amendment 2 Certification
• 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection, Testing and Certification
• Experience of working within a similar environment including electrical
installations & project management
• Experience of technical knowledge of commercial and industrial installations
within the electrical sector
• Experience of managing teams and excellent communication skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Competent in the use of a range of IT packages
• Proficient in Health and Safety legislation and compliance
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part in the team
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
• You must hold a full current UK driving licence
• Due to some of the contracts we undertake, the successful applicants are
required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and
various security clearances which will include Prison, Police and MOD
clearances
This is a full time position and hours of work will be 42 hours per week.
07:45hrs to 17:15hrs Monday – Thursday
07:45hrs to 16:45hrs Friday
This will also involve daily travel and possible working away from time to time as deemed necessary for the needs of the business.
