As a Scrub Nurse, you will bring:
• NMC registration without restrictions or conditions
• Experience in surgical scrub, particularly within orthopaedics such as hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments
• Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable, though not essential
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Warmth, consideration, and empathy towards patients
