Established in 1987, the hospital stands as one of Essex’s premier private hospitals. With 64 beds, all equipped with en-suite facilities, along with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit, and a high dependency unit, we provide comprehensive care.

We are presently expanding our theatre department and are thrilled to offer opportunities for Orthopaedic Scrub Surgical Nurses/ODPs to join us on this journey of growth.

The Role:

In this position, you will play a crucial role within a team committed to delivering top-quality clinical outcomes in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise are valued. Responsibilities include performing the scrub role in Consultant-led surgeries of varying complexity and specialism across multiple disciplines.

What You Will Bring:

• Current NMC/HCPC registration
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Warm, considerate, and empathetic character
• Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) – Desirable but not essential
• Experience in orthopaedics, hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments reconstruction would be advantageous
