This is a predominantly a desk based role. You will be vital to the efficient patient pathway were so proud of. Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. Youll do everything you can to ensure the patients treatment is of the highest standard. The national Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) reported by the Health and Social Care Information Centre recently identified the hospital as top in the country for hip replacements, and in the top five per cent for knee replacements.
