Working hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs pw)

Location: Hull (HU1 3SS)

You will be responsible for delivering Standguide’s training programs and maintaining compliance standards with Employment Advisors. Additionally, you'll promote training, identify learner and employer needs, and assess accredited qualification delivery. Using various training techniques, you'll engage and empower learners toward sustainable employment. As well as this, you will ensure ongoing contractual compliance and standardised processes with colleagues to prevent penalties.

What you’ll do

Deliver criteria on accredited courses in line with awarding body
Follow lesson plans and activity guidance provided
Planning and promoting courses to Employment Advisors and other operational staff via distribution of course criteria, quarterly planners, attendance at team meetings, road shows and/or inductions
Design and manage training timetables with the Business Manager/s based on programme and Learner needs
Liaise with the JCP across all offices in region ref: re-engaging disengaged participants. Employer details, participants continually not engaging
Conduct mandatory appointments and reviews with disengaged clients.
What you’ll need

Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
Recognised teaching qualifications; Certificate of Education (Cert. Ed) or Post-Graduate Certificate in education (PGCE)
Experience of analysing problems, proposing solutions, and presenting objective results in the form of reports
Ability to work with staff and management to resolve any issues arising from audits & compliance
Excellent administration and efficient time management skills with ability to prioritise workload and work around targets and strict deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team and inspire confidence in colleagues
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
