Summary
Belvoir Liverpool Prescot Estate Agents have a great opportunity for a full time experienced Residential Property Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a proactive individual who will embrace our customer service-based ethos.
The Role
As a Property Administrator you will be required to deal with the day-to-day management of properties within the Residential Sales & Lettings portfolio and as such applicants will be required to hold a full driving license with their own vehicle.
Responsibilities
· First point of contact for customers
· Producing property marketing particulars
· Listing properties online and managing other marketing avenues.
· Liaising with third party providers to arrange tenant referencing.
· Dealing with daily enquiries from tenants, landlords and third parties
· Arranging property inspections
· Liaising with contractors to arrange maintenance work.
· Producing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
· Assisting both Sales and Letting Departments
· Providing property management advice to existing and potential customers
· Prospecting for potential clients and performing rental & sales valuations.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years experience in lettings administration & property management.
· Highly organised with the ability to prioritise task and work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
· A strong work ethic and ability to work positively and proactively without supervision.
· Familiarity with lettings regulations and procedures
· Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
A team player, happy to help with all aspects of the business as and when required.
Job Type – Full-time, 39.5 hours a week Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays
Salary – Dependant on age and experience.
Please note the position is initially for 12 months with a high possibility of becoming permanent.
