As a nurse in our team, you will be supported to develop and broaden your skill set. To achieve this, we facilitate our staff to access an extensive training and education programme, as well a range of personal and professional development opportunities including the PgDip Specialist Community Nursing course. For our newly qualified staff, we have set up a forum to facilitate a monthly meeting of peer reflection and training, designed to support those wanting to join the community soon after completion of their nurse training, as well as a trust wide preceptorship programme to develop your CPD portfolio and skills.

Our service operates 8am – 10pm, 365 days a year. We can offer flexible working patterns and pride ourselves on working with our staff to ensure their work schedule supports a healthy work life balance. We are happy to consider full or part time applicants.

A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
