Role Overview:
As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop your skills in configuring, customising, and supporting Dynamics 365 and AI applications. You’ll work closely with key team members, gaining practical experience in a real-world business environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to kick-start their career in the Dynamic 365 field of CRM and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Finance.
• Introduce Artificial Intelligence into the company profile
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Learn about data migration, integration, and reporting within Dynamics 365.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
• A strong interest in technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT.
• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
