Summary


We are looking to recruit a Project Support and Results Administrator to support Axess Sexual Health HIV service. The successful candidate will be based in Birkenhead Medical Centre, Laird Street, Birkenhead.



To undertake this role the successful applicant will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, working with databases, good all round administration and customer service skills.
You be liaising with patients and health care professionals and will be able establish a good rapport and professional relationships with others.

You will commonly deal with information of a personal and sensitive nature and you will be expected to adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality in the course of your work.

The successful applicant will be accessing and updating patient information using Electronic Patient Record Systems, and databases and will have excellent attention to detail. You will be working as part of a specialised service providing excellent administration support to dedicated clinical staff at all levels.

The post involves contacting health providers and patients, booking and amending appointments, register and recall of patients along with sending reminder and DNA appointment texts when required.

The postholder will be expected to deal with telephone enquiries from clinicians, colleagues, patients and relatives in a competent, empathetic and efficient manner ensuring that concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.

The successful applicant will be expected to liaise with clinical staff to ensure patients receive highest quality of care, whilst also maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality in the course of their work.
