Summary


North West Anglia Foundation Trust (NWAFT) are looking to appoint a colleague for a 1-year fixed term period. The Individual should have ambition, enthusiasm and a commitment to quality clinical care.

The Cardiology department continues to expand and integrate our services across the NWAFT sites, and works closely with the local Integrated Care Network to promote a high standard of care. We encourage career development and require an enthusiastic, committed colleague to work closely with our team, both in hospital and within the wider regional system.

This is an excellent development opportunity within the cardiology department of North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust for an individual looking to develop a future career within Cardiology.
• Duties of a Registrar
• Contribute to general cardiology services, including outpatient clinics and inpatient ward work and reviewing outlying patients with cardiac conditions.
• Deliver high quality, patient centred care.
• Shared responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.
• Active involvement in MDT meetings and directorate clinical governance activity.
• Teaching, training and participation in continuing medical education.
