Summary
Radis Community Care are looking for a Full time driver to support with our role Hospital to Home, 07:00 - 14:00 and 16:00 - 22:00 Monday - Sunday, Alt weekends.
You must have a UK driving licence.
You must be flexible to cover morning, late and weekend shifts.
At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.
About the role
As a Hospital to Home Care Worker, you will provide a Care to service users living independently in their own homes, that is flexible and responsive to their needs. This can include assisting them with daily living tasks, personal care and hygiene, light meal preparation and domestic tasks and medication. You may be required to support our other Service Users within the Extra Care Schemes, Day Centres and Supported Living Services. Clients you support may be elderly, non - verbal or have Learning Disability / Mental Health.
You will recieve a Radis vehicle (manual only), to be collected from our Huntingdon Branch before your shift, and travel to support our Service Users in; Huntingdon, St Ives, Ramsey, St Neots, Cambridge and Yaxley.
Fuel Card included, no payments to use company car, no business insurance required.
