Acorn by Synergie are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of their client. They are a fast-paced manufacturing company based in the beautiful coastal town of Bournemouth. With innovative products and focus on quality, the company has been growing rapidly and are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the team.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for their valued customers. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of orders and queries, ensuring that each customer receives the top-notch service they deserve. Working closely with our manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in Administration. Your organisational skills will be put to the test as you juggle multiple tasks, including inputting orders, responding to new enquiries, and processing export paperwork. A keen eye for detail is a must, as you will be responsible for accurately raising invoices and credit notes.

You will also need to be a whiz with Excel, as you will be using this tool to track orders, analyse data, and create reports for management. Experience with other administrative software is a plus, as we are always looking for ways to streamline our processes and improve efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly yet professional demeanour. You will be interacting with customers from all over the world, so the ability to adapt to different cultures and languages is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong administration skills.
