Community Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse - Band 6
Full time / part time, permanent role

If you are passionate about providing the best possible care to individuals in their own homes, then a career in Community Nursing with Coventry Out of Hospital Community Nursing Service could be for you. There are currently a number of Band 6 opportunities available Citywide.
You will:
Be Caring and compassionate
Be delivering holistic care for people in their own homes enabling them to stay at home longer and leave hospital faster
Be working as part of a Place Based Team working closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams, including our GP's, social care, specialist nurses and therapist colleagues.
Have the opportunity to develop your skills in a variety of clinical areas including wound care management, catheter care, palliative care, long term conditions and diabetes care.

You need to be able to work part time or full time over a shift system which includes early and late shifts across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are between 08:00 - 16:30 & 12:00 - 20:00
Car owner/driver is essential.
