Summary
This will be a varied post supporting Year 3 and 4 MBBS students who will be based in East Lancashire at UCLan’s Burnley Campus. You will focus on teaching and small group facilitation for the Year 3 and Year 4 students, including clinical skills, case-based learning, clinical reasoning, interprofessional education and professionalism. In addition, the Clinical Teachers will also act as Academic Advisor and portfolio tutor for a group of Year 3 or 4 students. You will also be involved in the assessment and selection of students, including OSCE examination and MMI.
Holding full registration with the GMC, you will have completed the Foundation Programme at minimum and have experience of working to the standards required of professional bodies.
Utilising excellent communication skills, you will be an active networker and have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
