We are looking for an experienced resilientCare & Support Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding care. Gledholtis an enhanced community residential service providing outcome focused support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. Gledholtis operationally a nurse-led service with both service manager and head of care being qualified nurses.
