Summary

We have an opportunity for a Wholesale Development Manager based In Scotland and North East

This permanent, full time role is in the wholesale sector working with cash and carry’s.

You will be working for Exsellence on behalf of our client and representing great iconic brands including

A home base within the territory is important.

• An experienced salesperson.

• Beneficial if you understand the convenience sector within FMCG and the wholesale business within this sector.

• Excellent communication skills and good at resolving customer queries.

• Builds excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders.

• Proficient in negotiation, and objection handling, and demonstrates commercial acumen.

• Positive and flexible, happy to work alone, but will relish being part of the team.

• Happy to roll your sleeves up to do whatever it takes to deliver and have a strong work ethic and most importantly great integrity.

• Good at problem solving and thinking on your feet

What you can expect in the role.

• You will be working with wholesale depots to develop relationships and grow their business,

• Focus on coverage, depot standards, promotional execution, data inputting and customer presentations.

• Increasing product visibility, new product execution.

• Depot initiatives to build up awareness.

• Negotiating increased promotional space for key products to maximise visibility.

• Setting up and executing depot selling days in cash and carry.

• You will have basis IT skills and be familiar with PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.

You need to have a full UK driving licence and permission to work in UK
