Summary
You would be expected to work alongside the Ward Manager ensuring the provision of excellent care with compassion for the patients, relatives and visitors who are cared for within our specialist ward. You will also be expected to support the Ward Manager in completing Audits, Healthroster, Datixs, complaints, appraisals and investigations - full training will be given on commencement of the post and you will have the opportunity to attend any relevant training courses. You are expected to act at all times in a manner that upholds the Trusts Values and the Nursing and Midwifery Professional Framework goals.
