Summary
The University of Bath ResLife department houses over 5500 students throughout the academic year with 1400 of our students live in our City accommodation.
As a member of the ResLife Allocations Team, you will be responsible for the coordination and allocation of University of Bath managed and Nomination’s agreement accommodation in and around the City centre. Ensuring accommodation needs are met through the allocation process and students with additional needs are supported.
This is a very diverse role requiring energy, initiative, and a pro-active style. You will have excellent organisation and data management skills. Efficient and effective communication is essential in response to feedback and questions, and provide relevant information that may impact and benefit their student experience. and questions about accommodation and/or notify them about information that may have an impact or benefit on their student experience. Team working skills are essential, requiring the flexibility to cope with changing circumstances.
