She is an imaginative individual but can come across as shy with people she is not familiar with. It is essential you can build an appropriate relationship with the client and support her in the most appropriate way.

The ideal candidate will be relatable to a young girl, with a fun personality and the ability to adapt to ever-changing emotions as the client can struggle to manage these independently. Negotiation is an essential skill for the successful applicant, as with any young person of this age, they prefer to be in control and somebody who can negotiate, and compromise would fit best.

A driver with access to their own vehicle is an essential criterion for the role. Interviews will initially be via a telephone appointment with a face-to-face interview to follow for the most suitable applicants.
