Summary
Job Title: CNC Turner Setter
Location: Coventry
Hours: MON THURS 7.00AM 4.15PM)
FRI 7.00 12PM
Pay Rate: £30,000 - £32,000
We are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer for our client in Coventry. They are highly regarded within the Aerospace Industry. Additionally, their skills extend far beyond that, including Aerospace, F1, Oil & Gas, Tool Making, Machining, and much more.
The machining processes they offer are EDM: Sink, Fast hole drilling, Wire Erosion, and we also have an extensive machine shop to make our own tooling and jigs. We can also accommodate hi-spec sub-contract work.

Whats the job?
⦁ Experienced CNC Turner 2 axis
⦁ Ideally knowledge of Fanuc controls
⦁ Experience in small batch work and complex parts
⦁ Quality focused working to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
⦁ Able to read and interpret drawings
⦁ Proficient working to tight deadlines
⦁ Able to work as a team player and using own initiative
⦁ Fast paced environment
⦁ Predominantly using Haas machinery
⦁ Excellent awareness of health and safety aspects at work
⦁ opportunity to train in other areas ie cad, milling
Who can do this?
⦁ Experience with Aerospace industry and exotic materials strongly desired.
⦁ Suitable Industry recognised qualifications in CNC programming, setting and operating AND/OR a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar engineering environment at a comparable level.
⦁ Good communication skills.
