Summary
Job Title: Lead Setters and Setters
Location: Redditch
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Multiple shifts available (Days/Back shift/Nights)
Rate: £15 - £20hr Depending on shift and experience
Our client, a well-established family-run business with a history dating back to 1987, are seeking skilled individuals to join their team. Working with major blue-chip clients in the automotive, healthcare, and aerospace industries, this company is financially stable and continuously investing in their operations.
You will have the opportunity to work with five brand new machines. With plenty of overtime available and a competitive rate of up to £20 per hour, this permanent contract offers stability and growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have;
⦁ Experience working with Fixed head lathes or Star Sliding Head Machines.
⦁ Familiarity with Fanuc controls
⦁ Have experience organising machine schedules
⦁ Able to lead and support more junior colleagues
