This is an exciting opportunity to join a tier 1 London-based Employment team at a prestigious Silver Circle law firm as an employment solicitor
My client is one of the largest and most prominent law firms globally, with offices in major cities across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. They are a major player in several disciplines, being Chambers ranked in over 50 departments.
The firm prides themselves on their elite employment department. The team advises on the defence of major multi-party claims before employment tribunals, as well as assisting with the non-contentious employment aspects of sales, mergers and insolvencies, including industrial relations and cross-border employee transfers.
The global reach of my client means that they bring on the most complex and high-quality cases for multinational corporations, leading national businesses, financial institutions, and public sector bodies across the world.
I have been in contact with the head of department and they are looking to enhance their team with an elite solicitor at your level with a broad range of experience in complex employment matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective, prompt, and efficient service to clients.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual.
- Excellent client relationship skills and effective communication.
- Collaborative team player who has experience in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team
