It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job PurposeTo provide support and companionship for an autistic young person.LocationDownham Market, PE38DetailsI am seeking a friendly and responsible person to support my 16 year old transgender teen who would like to have a P.A. to help them get out and about and engage socially during the school holidays. He likes going to charity shops, cafes, libraries and museums, and is interested in holistic therapies, crystals and mindfulness. Due to dyspraxia, whilst he is mobile he struggles with walking distances, so someone with a car would be preferable.Person specification· LGBTQ+ friendly· Calm and relaxed· Flexible· Responsible and safety aware· Driver with own car and appropriate class of business insurance an advantageSummary terms and conditions· The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour· Hours and times of work: 104 hours per annum, flexible but mainly during school holidays, days and times to be decided depending on what we decide to do and your availability.· 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays· Free Careskills TrainingThe post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
