Schedule: Monday 6pm 6am Monday to Thursday

Based in Ashton-under-Lynne our client fills an ever-increasing gap in the sub-contract machining sector on free issue materials, specialising in medium to heavy components.
Job description
The role of CNC Turning, setter operator will include the following duties:
⦁ Programming, Setting & Operating Manual Vertical Borer machines.
⦁ Be able to use basic inspection equipment.
The ideal candidate will:
⦁ Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Manual Vertical Borers
⦁ Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
⦁ Ideally have an engineering apprenticeship however experience is the overriding factor.
⦁ Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business.
⦁ Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team.
⦁ Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances.
⦁ Professional and self-motivated attitude.
⦁ Good organisational & time management skills.
Benefits
⦁ Company pension with a total weekly contribution of 8% (5% employee, 3% employer),
⦁ bonus system based around Health and Safety that pays £250 every 6 months for those who have qualified.
