Summary
Our client is a leading housing association who are looking for an additional Cleansing Operative to join their existing team workinmg initially on an ongoing temporary contract with a view to the position being made permanent for the right candidate.
Duties include:
• Ensuring all void properties are made safe and clean to be made ready for new tenant
• Assisting to clear furniture, carpets and fittings from void properties
• Waste and litter removal
• Travel to areas throughout Oldham
Candidates must be drivers,(Clean licence preferred) and be able to work as part of a busy team.
You will need to be physically fit and used to manual handling items as there will be some heavy lifting involved.
Temp to perm basis ( min 3 months temp)
37 Hours per week 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £12.27 per hour plus holiday pay
