If so, you might be interested in our new Group Chief Compliance Officer role which will have responsibility for implementing
compliance frameworks, policies and programmes across the UK and European entities of Pinnacle Pet Group (PPG)
Package: £DOE, with excellent benefits including 30 holiday days (plus your birthday off) life assurance, private medical

We are flexible on the UK base location of this role, however occasional travel will be required to our sites in Amesbury and
Borehamwood, with possible travel across Europe.
This is an SMF16 / SMF17 role, and the successful candidate will be required to complete extensive pre-employment screening.
What you`ll get up to as our Group Chief Compliance Officer
Employed as part of the Animal Friends Compliance team, The Group Chief Compliance Office will be responsible for compliance
oversight for all the entities across PPG with the PRA, FCA, BaFin, DNB, AFM, APCR, FSMA and all other relevant regulatory
authorities.
To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:
* Preparing and delivering an annual Group Compliance Plan.
* implementing Compliance initiatives (including compliance policies and regulatory projects) for the Group.
* Working with the Compliance team to develop and oversee the maintenance of Compliance policies and procedures for all Group
regulated entities.
* Ensuring the Group is fully compliant with relevant legislations through appropriate monitoring programs, procedures, and
systems.
* Supporting the Boards and senior leaders of Group companies in their relationships with the regulators.
* Advising and communicating with the Boards and key stakeholders on how newly implemented regulations can affect business
services and products.
* Ensuring alignment of the Compliance strategy with the Group business strategy.
* Managing the Compliance team and ensure that it is adequately resourced.
* Establishing and maintaining communication channels with industry associations.
What we look for in you
* Extensive experience within a corporate compliance team within a growing organisation.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing effective compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
* Experience of working in a Solvency II regulated firm with knowledge of the requirements of the Solvency II Directive and EIOPA
guidance.
* Good awareness of regulations for the jurisdictions where the Group operates, including international insurance authorisation
requirements.
* Ability to interpret regulation and provide commercially focused advice to the key stakeholders within the business.
* Experience of assessing and addressing compliance risks effectively and efficiently with a solid understanding of the Groups
risk tolerance.
* Ability to undertake effective regulatory horizon scan across multiple jurisdictions.
* Leadership experience at a senior level, with experience operating in a matrix organisation.
* Experience of working with and influencing colleagues at all levels including Executive and Board level.
* Ability to lead a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
