I need a carer every other Sunday for 6 hours 1pm to 7pm to cover maternity leave. This shift entails assisting carer already here in getting me up, washing, dressing, toileting, hoisting, feeding. Occasionally I need to be adjusted in my wheelchair laying me back then after a rest sitting me up. Assist me with magazines, t.v and my drinks until 5pm when I have something to eat. The next carer arrives at 7pm to take over my care.
