Job purpose:I am a friendly lady who, due to health issues, is seeking a personal assistant to support me with everyday living tasks such as general housework, grocery shopping and meal preparation.

I have a young child and, on the days in which I have custody, also require someone who can support me around parenting needs. This will include; support with supervision when out and about, such as during school runs, their extracurricular activities (dance school), community activities and general outings.

In my spare time I enjoy relaxing with a good movie on Netflix, going out to cafes and shopping and spending quality time with my family. Every other weekend I try to go on days out with my mum and daughter to places such as Wroxham Barns and Pleasurewood Hills, as such, someone who can accompany us and assist with supervision of my child would be ideal.

I require someone who can work every other weekend, as well as Mondays, Tuesdays and occasionally on a Wednesday or Thursday.

Summary of terms and conditions:
  • The rate of pay for this position is £14 per hour.
  • Hours and times of work: 16 hours per week. 3/4 hours a day, 3/4 days per week. This will include every other weekend, Mondays, Tuesdays and the occasional Wednesday or Thursday.
  • The annual leave entitlement for this position will be the equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.

  • If this job requires any of the following: Manual Handling, Handling of hazardous chemicals, Food handling. You will be required to take up annual training

  • Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
  • Completion of satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
