Personal Assistant required for active and outgoing 21yr old young man with Asperger’s and Mobility Difficulties to access the community, take part in social activities and achieve his goals.
This position will be 10 hours per week, this will be split into the following:Ø 2 hours on a Wednesday afternoon (after college).Ø 4 hours on a Friday day time.Ø 4 hours over the weekend.
Hourly rate will be £10.82 per hour.
Client enjoys going to the gym and has a keen interest in sports such as swimming and boxing. Aside from this, the client also enjoys playing Xbox and watching TV. Client is interested in finding out about other social groups and activities in the local community.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, patient, upbeat and have a good sense of humour. The ability to promote safety whilst out in the community will also be important in this role. A car owner is preferred but not essential.
Role subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
