About you You’re a positive, confident & enthusiastic communicator with the ability to handle objections. You’re resilient when faced with a challenge or when things don’t go to plan. Can you remain calm dealing with some distressing calls from customers who are relying on your help? You follow process when it’s important but can also think on your feet. We want a win-win for both our customer and the business. You care about our customers and give every customer the brilliant experience they deserve. You have strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written language abilities. As well as calls our customers use email, Live Chat and social media to contact us. Have you experience using these tools? You’re comfortable leading the conversation and finding the right outcome for our customers. We’re offering 25 days holiday rising by 1 day each year up to 30 days. You can also purchase up to 5 additional days.
