Lead the development the project commercial strategies in line with the Business Plan. Considering targeted GM, Profit Bridge, Programme Management, Risk management etc. Develop and adapt the Regional Pre-Construction function to meet the developing needs of the business. The ideal candidate will ideally have operational experience, to challenge constructability but also as this role will also be accountable for the planning and delivery of the operational aspects during the pre-con phase e.g. surveys, GI, and other enabling works. The role will also require strong project management skills to ensure that development programmes are effective, and the commercial position is professionally managed. Why Story Contracting?
