Female Personal Care Assistant required to support a young woman with a physical disability (Huntington’s disease), who lives in the Newton Hall area of Durham
We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to support a young woman with day to day activities, including some assistance with housework and accompanying to social activities such as going out for coffee/shopping. Some personal care may be required on occasion.
Hours /Wage:
Minimum of 5 hours over weekends
Extra hours will be required to cover holidays and sickness
£12.00 per hour

Duties:
Light housework, including making the bed
Accompanying client to social activities locally such as coffee, shopping.
Occasional personal care.
Additional Requirements/Information:
Must like dogs as there are two friendly dogs at the property
Car driver required with own car
Client uses wheelchair when out and about
Enhanced DBS will be required, employer will cover the cost
