Job Title: Temporary Customer Service AgentLocation: LeicesterSalary: £10.42 per hourWe are seeking a customer service agent to join our client's team in Leicester on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with assistance or advice on their queries- Responding to customer enquiries via email and other channels, in a timely and polite manner- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and tracking customer complaints- Escalating unresolved customer issues to relevant teams to ensure swift resolution- Keeping up-to-date with company policies and product knowledge to ensure customers receive accurate information- Building positiverelationships with customers and colleaguesQualifications:- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications- Ability to take ownership of customer issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently- A proactive, can-do attitudeThis is a temporary role, with the opportunity for extension.
