Summary
The Rhema Pentecostal Church UK has an expanding Children’s Ministry serving children
aged 0–11. Due to the significant growth in children attendance and the increase needs of our children
both spiritually, academically, emotionally, and behaviourally, we are looking to add 4 to 5
committed religious workers, who will give two to one support to children with challenging
needs and offer safe structured and nurturing christian education.
This role is essential to ensuring that every child who comes to us receives the pastoral care,
discipleship and safeguarding support needed for their wellbeing and spiritual growth.
This role is central to the Rhema Church mission to nurture children who are the next generation into becoming everything God has created them to be.
Job Summary:
1) Working with the children pastor and other children’s workers for the advancement of the children ministry
2) Coordinating with the Children Pastor on planning and implementation of lessons and activities.
3) Participating and supervising Sunday school lessons, activities, and events
4) Building relationships with children and their parents
5) Doing other duties assigned by the bishop/designate
