We are seeking a Workplace Host who plays a key role in shaping a welcoming workplace and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and colleagues.

Acting as an ambassador for the organisation, you will drive the customer touchpoint journey and ensure all interactions reflect a professional, high-quality service.

Job Description

As part of the Workplace Experience team, you will curate environments that enhance well-being, productivity, and company culture.​

The role focuses on creating engaging and inspiring spaces where end users feel supported, connected, and motivated throughout their working day.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance the client and guest experience by proactively identifying opportunities to exceed expectations

Act as the primary point of contact for colleagues and visitors, managing enquiries in person and via telephone

Deliver a 5-star reception service through professional greetings, clear communication, and maintaining a polished environment

Support day-to-day workplace experience activities, including technology assistance, food services, events, and wellness schedules

Manage the Visitor Management System to ensure accurate and efficient guest registration

Support the Workplace Lead in operational decision-making to optimise processes and improve colleague experience

Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors to foster a welcoming culture

Ensure the workplace remains clean, organised, and professional, reporting maintenance or service issues as required

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous experience in corporate, hospitality, or customer service environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to work

Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service

Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
