About the Role:

Continuity of Care Services is looking for a kind, compassionate, and reliable Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 50s who is living with the effects of a traumatic brain injury. He has a great love of swimming, enjoys a variety of sports, and values spending time outdoors. He also enjoys getting out and about and appreciates having activities planned in advance, so good organisation and a positive, encouraging approach are important. You will be required to use your own car to support him with community activities, so being a calm and confident driver is essential. Mileage will be paid in addition to your salary. A contribution towards business car insurance will also be provided, as it is a requirement of the role.
