Summary

Manage the day-to-day operations of the car wash and cleaning services facility, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Supervise, train, and schedule cleaning and car wash staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Implement and monitor cleaning, hygiene, and health and safety procedures in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation.

Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, equipment, and work areas to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.

Manage stock levels and procurement of cleaning products, chemicals, equipment, and other operational supplies.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Monitor business performance, prepare operational reports, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.

Ensure the proper maintenance and safe operation of all car wash machinery, tools, and equipment.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support business operations and maintain service standards.

Manage staff performance, attendance, and development, promoting a positive and productive working environment.

This is an immediate start position. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
